CHONG LAM MOK Peacefully on Wednesday, December 27, 2006, Chong Mok passed away at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 56. He was predeceased by his parents, Jia Mei and Tien Chui. Chong will be lovingly remembered by his wife Pik Yuet; son Philip and wife May, daughter Cathy, brother Mok Chong Fu, sister Mok Chong Ling, brother Mok Chong Kwai (Johnny), and sister Mok Chong Ngan (Abby) and many nieces and nephews. Chong immigrated to Canada in 1975 and settled in Winnipeg. He worked in the garment industry for over 25 years. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing, reading and working on his car. Chong's family and friends were always very important to him. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6 at 2:00 p.m. at the Glen Eden Funeral Home with viewing one hour prior to the service. Cremation and private interment will take place at a later date at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
